Selling Function on PT Samekarindo Indah Branches Imam Bonjol, Samarinda.
Under guidance Mrs. Rusdiah Iskandar and Mrs. Dhina Mustika Sari.
Effective is size of success rate from a company for reach its goal. Is
implementation of company program or activity already reach its goal. In this
case effective happen if selling function well worked. Efficiency linked with how
company did its operation, until owned resource using optimization reached
Economic linked with how company in get resources that which will used in its
every activity. Objective in this study is for find out effective, efficient and
economic levels on Suzuki motorcycle selling management in PT Samekarindo
Indah Branches Imam bonjol Samarinda
Analysis technique that used in this analysis about selling function on
PT Samekarindo Indah branches Imam Bonjol are used steps on management
audit system consist of Audit Preview, review and testing of management
control, advanced audit step or specified audit, reporting step, follow-up audit
step, and measuration of effective efficiency and economic rate.
Based on result of this study that find in PT. Semekarindo Indah branch
imam bonjol at Samarinda discovered that management of the selling activities
are less effective cause selling not yet reach target that management wanted,
Suzuki Motorcycle selling target in 2013 are 300 units but company only able to
sold 233 units in 2013. For promotion that company did less help to reach
company’s target, because promotion expenses that company used exceed from
expenses that company budgeted for 2013, so that waste company resources
for did product promotion activity therefore can we conclude that company less
economic. Sales administration expenses that used for 2013 increased, so sales
administration expenses that realize exceed from budget that determined by
management and that cause company less efficient.
