Reserve calculation to constitute thing is vital the most in activity exploration. Intended reserve calculation in here arithmetic mineable seam H PT. Perdana Karya Perkasa. Mineable reserve was by amount of coal that actually existsalready be accounted and gets to be mined by qualifies economic what planmining be declared for reasonably or not. Faced constraint it haven'tacknowledged mark sense coal reserve on seam H region, it’s caused becauseactivity process seam H still currently continuing enquiry step. Effort in analysisreserve seam H PT. Perdana Karya Perkasa do enquiry step detailed that willfurther analysis by use of model block method. Model block is about model bydivides coal body into shaped block which adjusted by faced minerals deposite
Design about model block from determination pit limit, establishment strippingratio, until to reserve coal mineable. Base with observation result that coal seamH thicknes as 1,2 m by pit limit on elevation depth 20 m this model block studiestotals seam H reserve as 184.366 MT, and closing geologic volume amount as2.315.409 BCM therefore gotten by stripping ratio 12: 1, its means with digs up12,1 BCM shell geology will get 1 MT coal. In comparison with production targetthis region 50.000 tons/years therefore seam H mine age h is 2,8 years.
