PENGARUH MOTIVASI, DISIPLIN DAN KEPUASAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH CABANG BALIKPAPAN
ABSTRACT
The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation,
discipline and compensation satisfaction toward performance of employee in PT
Bank Pembangunan daerah. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires
and itis implemented to PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Cabang Balikpapan 87
employee. Analysis of data in this research using the help of SPSS Version 16. A
sampling technique uses a double linear regression analysis.
The results of the testing of the hypothesis, suggesting that the
variable motivation, discipline and compensation satisfaction have a
positive impact on employee performance. The variable that has the most
impact t disiscipline. The implications of this study are motivation, discipline
and compensation satisfaction have an equally important role, both individually
and together in improving employee performance.
