Aimed of this research is to know efficiency of Assets Management and Profitability from year 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
This research has been done with data collecting in the form of financial statement of CV Razzaq year 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.The research method which used here is descriptif method; that is doingmeasurement and an evaluation to the numbers in financial statement, thencompare result of Assets Management ratio and Profitability ratio from year toyear to know its growth.
Apparently, after measurement of financial statement of CV Razzaq andcompare the calculation of each analyzer with previous year, known that AssetsManagement ratio and Profitability ratio tend to do have fluctuation during year2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. This matter because of usage and exploiting of lessefficient asset by company.
From the result of this analysis, suggested that management of CV Razzaqcan pay attention an expenditure of company, more active to conduct an addictionto avoiding the receivable within long period, and also improve every assetsturnover and profitability with watching continually the activity of companybecause this matter good for seeing the efficiency level in usage of capital’scompany.
