The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the project effect of Debt to
Equity Ratio, Operating Income and net Profit Margin to stock return of manufacturing company food and beverage listed in Indonesia stock exchange the period 2010 to
2013.
Variable research indicators are Debt to Equity Ratio (X1), Operating Income (X2)
and Net Profit Margin (X3) on Stock return (Y). The reasearch data is anlysis technique were use multiple linier regression.
The population in this study are manufacturing company food and beverage
listed in Indonesian stock exchange the period 2010 to 2013. Sampling method were conducted with a purposive sampling method, and based on predetermined criteria. The number of samples is about 44 samples. Annual report companies the period
2010 to 2013
The results showed Debt to Equity Ratio to abtain t-test value of 0,653 with 0,517 significant levels greater than 0,05 and Operating Income (OI) to obtain the value of t
test of 0,890 to 0,379 indicates significant that both of these variable has no effect on
stock returns, this study accodance to I Wayan and henny (2012) Suarjaya and Rahyuda (2012) which states no effect between Debt to Equity Ratio on stock returns while that Net Profit Margin (NPM) to obtain t-test value of 2,690 to 0,010 significantly smaller than 0,05 indicates thath these vatiables effect the stock return this study accordance to murni and arfan (2014)
