ANALISIS POTENSI PENERIMAAN SERTA PROSPEK PAJAK BUMI DAN BANGUNAN PEDESAAN DAN PERKOTAAN (PBB P2) DI KOTA SAMARINDA

This study aims to determine the potential of Land and Building Tax Revenue Rural and Urban Samarinda and how Prospects of Revenue Land and Building Rural and Urban in the years to come by using trend analysis. This research was conducted in the city of Samarinda with samples of their taxes, and potential revenue target and Building Tax Rural and Urban Samarinda from 2012 - 2014.
The results show that the ratio of potential against a target of Revenue Land and Building Rural and Urban Samarinda on year period 2012 - 2014 was classified as less that in 2012 amounted to 19.78%, while in 2013 amounted to 19.80% and in 2014 that is equal to 16:03%. Revenue trend analysis and Building Tax Rural and Urban in the future, namely the year 2015 - 2020 are likely to increase. Evident from the calculation and analysis of trends and Building Tax acceptance Rural and Urban in 6 years is predicted to increase in the future.
It can be concluded that the average ratio of the potential targets of Revenue Land and Building Rural and Urban classified as less and prospects for land and building tax Rural and Urban Samarinda tends to increase every year.
