This research aims to determine the types of speech acts and illocutionary speech acts produced by Elle Evan as the main character in The Kissing Booth 3 movie using George Yule's Speech Acts theory. This data uses The Kissing Booth 3 movie script from the main character's dialogue. This research shows that the main character produces 191 illocutionary speech acts. From this data, it was found that speech acts contained Declaration, Representative, Expressive, Directive and Commissive. Furthermore, Expressive appears more often because the main character played by Elle Evan conveys or expresses a lot of the emotional aspects, such as apologizing, being happy, being grateful, praising, blaming, and being worried. Meanwhile, declarations tend to be fewer because Elle does not convey her true condition to her friends and family. Furthermore, the speech acts produced by the main character are expressive, where the main character laments and regrets his life and is far from happiness.
