This thesis intends to analyze prejudice towards the characters in Akeelah and The Bee film. In order to analyze prejudice this research utilizes Gordon Allport’s The Nature of Prejudice theory. The method of this research was qualitative research method and the data were collected from narration, scene and dialogue, while the data source was taken from the film itself. The findings of this study show that prejudice towards the characters. The result of this study shows that the characters in Akeelah and The Bee Film experienced four scale of prejudice, namely: anti-locution, avoidance, discrimination, and physical attack.
