University, 2007. Influence of raw material inventory and capital to sale of lempok
durian in Samarinda city (adviced by Mursidah and M. Najib).
The aim of this research was to know influence of raw material inventory
and capital to sale of lempok durian in lempok durian industry in Samarinda city.
This research was done from Februari until April 2007 in UD. Mawar Sari and UD.
Makhada (Sari Murni) of Samarinda. Intake of sample conducted census by direct
interview to responden as owner of business unit of lempok durian. Data analysis
used double linear regression. Analysis order of most economic raw material and
inventory turn over use EOQ and inventory turn over formula.
Result of research showed that raw material inventory in UD Mawar Sari is
20,925 kg/th. Raw material inventory at UD Makhada is 23,575 kg/th,
accomplishment of requirement of raw material of lempok durian got from local
supplier and non-local supplier. Capital used by this organizer by dozens, namely
mean of Rp.713,250,000,-
Capital and raw material inventory by simultan influence sale of lempok
durian. Capital by parsial influence sale of lempok durian. Raw material inventory by
parsial not is influencing of sale of lempok durian. Most economic order which
measured use formula of EOQ. Inventory turn over at UD Mawar Sari is 2.69 (times
each ± 4 months once) at UD. Makhada yielded inventory turn over namely 2.53
(times each ± 5 months once).
