ANALISIS EXPERIENTAL MARKETING TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN DI HOTEL GRAND KARTIKA SAMARINDA

Abstract
The research on experiential marketing to customer satisfaction is mostly done. This research for re - examine to analisys experiental marketing for customer satisfaction at Grand Kartika Samarinda Hotel . Variable used is sense, feel, think , act and relate that in hypothesize take effect for customer satisfaction.
This research consist of five variables . sample take from 205 persons with used quisioner as the main data . Metode analisys used to analyze the influence of variables sense, feel , think , act and relate for customer satisfaction is with the help of SPPS for window versi 20 statistic program and test based on the hypothesis if P value < 0,05 so that Ha be accepted and if P value > 0,05 then Ha be reject.

The results showed that the regression equation formed is Y = 0,361 + 0,192 X1 + 0,125 X2 + 0,238 X3 + 0,189 X4 + 0,200 X and variable customer satisfaction ( Y ) , sense ( X 1 ) , feel ( X2 ) , think ( X3 ) , Act ( X 4 ) relate ( X5) , Hypothesis testing used test T show that five variables independen Sense (X1), Feel (X2), think (X3), Act (X4) Relate (X5) is work well on customer satisfaction. Then through the F test independent variables can test the dependent variable consumer purchasing . Figures adjusted R-square amount 0.285 percent showed that 28.5 percent of the variation of customer satisfaction can be explained by five independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 71.5 percent is explained by other variables outside the seven variables used in this research
