The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of specialization of tasks consisting of Employee Education (X1), Precision Placement Officer (X2), and Division of Occupation (X3) on the effectivenees of employees working at the PT Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda Company. And the second of the three variables to determine the specialization of tasks is the dominant influence on the effectiveneesof employees working on the PT Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Company Samarinda.
The research was conducted using a multiple regression analysis to find the regression equation, then to seethe connection used multiple linear correlation and subsequently used for testing the F test and t test From the results of the analysis obtained multiple regression equation Y=2.434+0.350X_1+0.572X_2+0.211X_3, it means that the indevendent variable (X) consisting of employee education, employee placement accuracy, and the division of labor significantly influence the effectiveness of (Y), this shows if the variable employeeeducation, employee placement accuracy, and the divising of labor, it will increase the effectiveness of the work.
From the results of test t is known that the specialization of tasks has a dominant influence on the effectiveness of employee working at the PT Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda. This is indicated by the velue of 5.676 t_(hitung > t_(tabel ) ) 1.6720, and the Beta Coefficient of 0.539. In a significant α = 0.05 > 0.000, it is known that t_hitung>t_tabel. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted
