Feasibility Analysis of Oil Palm Plantation Expansion efforts at CV . Karya Mandiri Sejahtera in Makroman Samarinda . ( Led by Drs. Rande Sambean , M.Si as Supervisor I and Agus Iwan Kesuma , SE , MA, Lecturer II ) .
The aim of the study is to examine and analyze the feasibility of Oil Palm Plantation Expansion efforts at CV . Karya Mandiri Sejahtera in Makroman Samarinda.
The research method using analytical tools Net Present Value ( NPV ) , Internal Rate of Return , Net Benifit Cost Ratio (Net B / C ) , and Gross Benefit Cost Ratio to see Oil Palm Plantation Expansion efforts at CV . Karya Mandiri Sejahtera in Makroman Samarinda .
Based on Net Present Value method produced a positive NPV is Rp. 161 915 320 814 Due NPV value greater than zero , or in other words the total present value of cash flow is greater than the present value of the investment so that the investment proposal feasible.
In view of the Internal Rate of Return method based on trial and error , the obtained IRR value is greater than the cost of capital of 9% is 31.1 %, so that the proposed investment is also feasible.
In view of the Net Benifit Cost Ratio (Net B / C ) obtained is equal to 1.68 , it can be said that the planned expansion of oil palm plantation activities is feasible ( Feasible ) netb / C > 1 (1.68 > 1 ) .
In view of the method of Gross Benefit Cost Ratio obtained 43.3 then it can be said that the plan of activities of oil palm plantations is feasible (feasible ) because Gross B / C > ( 43.3 > 1)
