THE INFLUENCE OF BRAND IMAGE AND WEBSITE QUALITY ON CUSTOMER PURCHASE DECISION AT TRAVELOKA ONLINE WEBSITE

This study aimed to determine and analyze The Influence of Brand Image and Website Quality to Consumer’s Purchase Decision at Traveloka. The data analysis tool used in this study is Partial Least Square with the help of Smart PLS 3.0 software. Amount sample on this research is 108 sample which is Traveloka users. This research shows that (1) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect
on Purchase Decision. (2) Website Quality has a positive and insignificant effect on Purchase Decision. Website quality indicator which Product Image and security which they mean that most of consumers focusing into the product what they want without any strings attached. Where the lowest indicator is user image and security.
