Meanwhile, the Classroom environment as the highest factor causing demotivation affects students' English learning process in the form of lack of peer support and lack of classroom facilities. Furthermore, in the process of learning English, factors from teachers that cause demotivation are also found, in the form of the teacher’s lack of professional skills and the teacher’s bad attitude. Moreover, parental factors were also found to be a factor that causes demotivation in the English language learning process, in the form of lack of parent care and parent's lack of English knowledge. Teachers should promote healthy peer connections, clear communication, and interesting instructional approaches to increase students' motivation. Parents should actively support and be interested in their children's learning endeavors. By addressing these elements jointly, teachers as well as parents may work together to create a more conducive and inspiring environment for students to prosper in their English learning process.
