The purpose of this study is to find moral values by Thomas Lickona in the film Pinocchio by Walt Disney. Moral values are divided into several kinds such as Respect, Responsibility, Honesty, Fairness, Tolerance, Self-Discipline and Moderation, Helpfulness, Compassion, Courage, and Democratic. This study will examine several characters, namely Pinocchio, Blue Fairy, Geppetto, and Jiminy Cricket with Murphy's characterization theory, namely personal description, speech and Reaction. This study uses a qualitative research method approach to investigate characters behavior, attitudes, perceptions, and actions. This research also uses the theory of film analysis by Mikkos in collecting data. The results obtained in this study are to find eleven types of moral values in the film Pinocchio. In the research, the character Pinocchio has a moral value of Honesty, self-discipline and moderation, cooperation, and courage which is supported by his speech and reactions. The character Geppetto has a moral value of respect for others and fairness which is supported by his speech and reactions, Blue Fairy has a moral value of compassion, tolerance, and helpfulness which is
supported by her speech and reactions. The character of Jiminy Cricket have responsibility, tolerance, helpfulness, cooperation, courage and democratic which are supported by his speech and actions.
