This research deals with prejudice in Django Unchained film by Quentin Tarantino. There are so many negative treatments from the prejudice portrayed in the Django Unchained film. In this research, the researcher analyzes the prejudice aspects through the characterization of the characters experiencing negative treatments in the Django Unchained film. This research was conducted by using a qualitative design. The data were generated from the speech, thoughts and action that are portrayed in the film. The researcher reveals that the negative treatments in Django Unchained film are committed by white people and experienced by AfricanAmerican. In conclusion, there are four negative treatments experienced by AfricanAmerican namely anti-locution, discrimination, physical attack and extermination. Therefore, the researcher concludes that the difference between both races such as their skin tone, social status, and behavior are what generated prejudices in Django Unchained
