This research was intended to find out the dominant factor that makes the students feel anxiety when they are doing online learning and want to find out if the students still feel anxious in online learning or not. The researcher used a quantitative research as design method. The population in this study were the students of Mulawarman University at English Department in academic year 2019/2020. The sample were class B 2019. The numbers of the sample were 27 students. To collect the data, the researcher used questionnaire. To analyse the data, the researcher used the Likert Scale and Scoring and compute it by Microsoft Excel . The results of the study showed that the students still feel anxious when they are learn via online learning. It showed in the classification result of students speaking anxiety that have 52% on Middly Anxiety and Self-Efficacy as the dominant factor that cause the anxiety. It showed that Self-Efficacy have the highest mean score between the other factors that is 12.0.
