This research focused on finding the psychological conflict in Cruella film. The researcher uses the theory of psychological conflict by Kurt Lewin. The research method was qualitative research by Bogdan R and Biklen and data analyzed by Miles, Huberman for the film. Scenes and conversations appeared as the data that were taken from Cruella (2021) film. This psychological conflict is represented indirect characterization by Boggs and Petrie characterizations of her direct and other characters dialogues, internal action, external actions, and choice of name. The result of this research showed that Estella as the main character in Cruella (2021) film represents three aspects of psychological conflict in the film namely avoidance-avoidance conflict, approach-avoidance conflict, and approachapproach conflict. Those aspects were represented through psychological conflict when the main character in this research struggles to choose the decision
