The method of the research used a descriptive-qualitative research design and a mimetic approach. This research used the discrimination theory by Benjamin Bowling and Coretta Phillips. The data were generated from the speech, action, and thoughts of the characters portrayed in the film. The result of this research showed that two types of discrimination occur toward characters in this film. Those are discrimination through race/color and discrimination through religion. Therefore, this research concluded that discrimination through race/color and religion occurs among people or groups through appearance and religion, resulting in discrimination in the film.
