Supervised by Mrs. Felisitas Defung. Managers, as decision-makers, must have access to more information about the organization than outsiders. This can be accomplished by raising the firm's value. Increasing a company's value means boosting sales and cutting costs to make as much money as possible. Factors that might impact the firm value are COVID-19 cases, sales growth and financial leverage. This research aimed to analyze the impact of covid-19 cases, sales growth, and financial leverage that arranged in signaling theory and trade-off theory. The population in this research is healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 to 2021. The sampling technique used in this research is Purposive Sampling with a total sample of 11 companies. The analysis of this research employs descriptive statistics and panel data regression. The result shows that COVID-19 cases has a significant negative impact on the firm value. Sales growth has a negative but not significant impact on the firm value. Meanwhile, financial leverage has a significant positive impact on the firm value.
