The Antecedents of Customer Satisfaction and Its Implications towards Customer Loyalty at Natasha Skin Clinic Center Samarinda
This study entitled The Antecedents of Customer Satisfaction and Its Implications towards Customer Loyalty at Natasha Skin Clinic Center Samarinda is aimed to determine the influence of Service Encounter, Servicescape, and Experiential Value on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty at Natasha Skin Clinic Center Samarinda. The data analysis tool used in this study is Partial Least Square with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. This research was conducted on people in the city of Samarinda who has done treatment at Natasha Skin Clinic Center. Sample data from 108 people who has done treatment at Natasha Skin Clinic Center was used to test the hypothesis regarding the relationship towards marketing performance through SEM-PLS. The results showed that service encounter had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction but had a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty, servicescape had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction but had a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty, experiential value had a positive effect and not significant to customer satisfaction but has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.
