PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN KOMUNIKASI SERTA MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KELURAHAN SATIMPO KOTA BONTANG
This study aims to explain the variables to analyze and explain and test the effect of competence, communication, work motivation on the performance of Satimpo Village Employees, Bontang City. The population in this study involved all Civil Servants in the work environment of the Satimpo Village, Bontang City, totaling 33 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is nonprobability sampling. This study used the census method where the entire population was used as a sample, this means that all Civil Servants in the work environment of the Satimpo Village, Bontang City, were used as respondents. Based on the description above, the number of samples in this study were 33 respondents. This study used a quantitative approach, namely multiple regression with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Program and Service Solution) computer program version 25.0. The results showed that competence partially had insignificant effect on the performance of employees in the Satimpo Subdistrict, Bontang City, this means that every competency increase is carried out, it will reduce employee performance insignificantly or not significantly. Communication partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Satimpo Village, Bontang City, this means that every conditional increase in communication will increase employee performance significantly or significantly. Work motivation partially has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of employees of the Satimpo Village, Bontang City, this means that any increase in working motivation that is conditioned will increase employee performance not significantly or not significantly. Competence and communication as well as work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Satimpo Village, Bontang City, this means that any simultaneous increase in competence and communication will increase employee performance significantly or significantly.
