This research focuses on the development of Ender Personality in Ender’s Game Movie by Gavin hood. Psychosocial theory by Erik Erikson was used as the main theory in the research on Ender’s character. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The data source of this research is a movie entitled Ender’s Game movie by Gavin Hood. The data are words, sentences, paragraphs, narrations and dialogue and action that contain the description of the stage of psychosocial theory by Erik Erikson. There are two results of this research. Firstly, it is found the development of Ender’s personality represented based on Psychosocial Theory. Secondly, to find the cause of Ender’s personality development based on the 8 stages in the Psychosocial theory that the character can pass on. These eight stages are, stage 1: trust vs mistrust, stage 2:autonomy vs shame and doubt ,stage 3: initiative vs guilt, stage 4: industry vs inferiority, stage 5: identity vs confusion,stage 6: intimacy vs isolation, stage 7: generativity vs stagnation, satge 8: integrity vs despair. Therefore, this research had concluded that the Ender’s personality represented and the cause of Ender’s development personality is by his environments and people around him based on the stages that ender success in passing in his live that followed the psychosocial theory by Erik Erikson.
