Antecedents of Impulse Buying and Its Implication on Satisfaction at Sociolla Online Consumers in Samarinda
Putri Zhafira Chairunnisa, 2022. Antecedents of Impulse Buying and Its Implication on Satisfaction at Sociolla Online Consumers in Samarinda, under Heni Rahayu Rahmawati, S.ST., MM. as the advisor. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth, perceive ease of use, and website quality on impulse buying and its implication on customer satisfaction at Sociolla online consumers in Samarinda. The sampling method use was a purposive sampling technique. Data sampling was obtained using 105 respondents. The data was collected by using online questionnaire given directly to the respondents via Google Form. The analysis technique in this study used thePartial Least Square (PLS) data analysis with the help of Smart-PLS 3 software, statistic analysis. The results of this study indicate: (1) Electronic Word of Mouth has positive and significant influence on Impulse Buying (2) Perceive Ease of Use has positive and insignificant influence on Impulse Buying (3) Website Quality has a positive and insignificant influence on Impulse Buying (4) Electronic Word of Mouth has positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction (5) Perceive Ease of Use has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction (6) Website Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction (7) Impulse Buying has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction.
