ABSTRACT


The value of the company is very important because of the high value of the company which will be followed by high prosperity shareholders. The higher the stock price the higher the value of the company, to achieve the company's value generally investors hand over it’s management to the professionals. This study aims to know variabel moderation for likuidity dividends, and the profitability of the value of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period 2011- 2013. The study sample consisted of 23 companies manufacturing yang listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2011 - 2013. The sampling method is done by using purposive sampling. Analysis techniques data in this study using linear regression analysis barganda and moderated regression analysis (MRA).


The research data is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (www. Idx.co.id) and using the tool of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) The results showed that: 1) the liquidity no significant effect on the value of the company, 2) policy dividend does not significantly moderate effect on the value of the company's liquidity, 3) Profitability significantly to the value of the company, 4) dividend policy does not significantly moderate the profitability of the company's value.
