Aim of research is analysis do brand reliability significant effectcustomer loyality, analysis do customer satisfaction take significant effect to customer loyality and to analysis switching cost to customer loyality. Using primary data and kuesioner with responden 80.
Result of calculation obtained that do not significantly affect the reability of the brand to customer loyalty. Then customer satisfaction have an effect on signifikan to customer satisfaction. Switching cost have an effect on signifikan to customer loyality.
