The research method was description. The sample of this study was the eleventh grade students of SMAN 4 Balikpapan. The research instrument applied in this research was questionnares and speaking test. The result showed that 1) There was a difference between students' motivation before and after using video. 2) There was a difference between experimental group and control group in speaking skills
