Pengaruh Transformational Leadership dalam Meningkatkan Organizational Resilience Melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Learning Organization pada Rumah Sakit di Kalimantan Timur
The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the influence of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Resilience with Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Learning Organization as mediating variable at Hospital in East Kalimantan. This Study uses survey techniques by distributing questionnaires, the data obtained is processed using statistical methods SmartPLS software. Population of the study are manger of the referall COVID-19 type B hospital in East Kalimantan with a total 224. The sample in this study were 218 respondents. The results of this study are : Transformational Leadership has a significant positive effect on the Organizational Resilience at Hospital in East Kalimantan. Transformational Leadership has a significant positive effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior at Hospital in East Kalimantan. Transformational Leadership has a significant positive effect on the Learning Organization at Hospital in East Kalimantan. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has no a significant and effect (negative effect) on the Organizational Resilience at Hospital in East Kalimantan. Learning Organization has a significant positive effect on the Organizational Resilience at Hospital in East Kalimantan. Organizational Citizenship Behavior doesn’t strengthen effect (negative effect) and no significant of Transformational Leadership on the Organizational Resilience at Hospital in East Kalimantan. Learning Organization strengthen effect significantly of Transformational Leadership on the Organizational Resilience at Hospital in East Kalimantan.
