The teachers’ jobs are educating and teaching the students. Before the teaching process, they need to prepare the teaching materials. Rapid technological developments make teachers must have a way to get students interested in learning. This study explores pre-service EFL teachers experiences in designing and implementing teaching material using TPACK Framework which can be developed by pre-service EFL teachers during Microteaching Course. This study used case study of observation and semi-structured interview of four pre-service EFL teachers. The findings of this study showed that the pre-service EFL teachers were able to design and implement the lesson plan become an educational video learning by using TPACK Framework. Even though, pre-service EFL teachers found challenges in designing and implementing the teaching material. Creativity is truly needed when they design the material to make the learning video to gain the students’ attention. Supporting facilities also took part as the reason in producing material video. The conclusions are designing and implementing the educational videos using TPACK Framework helps pre-service EFL teachers to present the material to the students. Meanwhile, there must be supported by creativeness and good facilities. The Pre-service EFL teachers need good skills to find the design which suitable with their material in order they got student’s attention in their teaching practice and good facilities to make it easier in designing teaching materials. Furthermore, this study gave pre-service EFL teachers a new experience how to be a good teacher which can be used in the teaching practices.
