Plankton is one of the important factor directly and indireatly for fish life and its ecosystem ( fresh water, brackish water and sea water). Phytoplankton is particular is primary producer organism in the food chain cycle. This study were aimed (1) to know the value of drone spectral imagery in freshwater fishpond, (2) Knowing the fertility of plankton based on density, diversity index, dominance index, and plankton uniformity index, (3) Knowing the relationship between drone spectral image values and plankton fertility in freshwater fishpond. The study was conducted at 2 locations with a total of 30 ponds. In-situ measurements were carried out by taking aerial photos using drones and measuring water quality, while measurements of plankton concentrations were carried out at the Environmental and Aquaculture Laboratory, FPIK UNMUL. The results showed a relationship between the drone spectral value and plankton fertility at both locations has a strong correlation value (> 0.5 or 50%) with the highest correlation value in pond 10 at the first research location in the red and blue bands with a correlation value of 0.9998.
