The purposes of this study were to know the MU-EPT Listening Score, the Listening Comprehension and the Correlation between students’ MU-EPT Listening Score and Listening Comprehension of graduated English students’ of English Department.
This study was a quantitative study. The samples of the study were 46 students of graduated English students’ of English Department. The answers of the problems of the study were analyzed by using Pearson product-moment analysis in SPSS 25 Program.
This study revealed the following findings: first, it was found that the mean score of students’ MU-EPT listening score was 55.4. among 46 students, most of them had fair qualification. Second, it was found that the mean score of students’ listening comprehension was 3.13. among 46 students, most of them had good qualification. Third, there was a negative correlation between MU-EPT listening score and listening comprehension with the result -0.150 and significant value was
0.321. It means that there was not significant correlation between students’ MU-EPT listening score and listening comprehension of graduated English students of English Department. The hypothesis result was, (Ha) of this study was rejected, while the null hypothesis (Ho) was accepted means that there was not significant correlation between MU-EPT listening score and listening comprehension which means that students’ MU-EPT listening score did not influence their listening comprehension score.
