The effect of Training and Service Motivation on Service Recovery Performance on employees of Hotel Midtown Samarinda, supervised by Mr.Robiansyah, SE.,M.Sc and Dr. Ariesta Heksarini, SE., MM.
The purpose of this reseacrh to examine effect training and service motivation toward service recovery performance on employees of Hotel Midtown Samarinda. This research was conducted on employees of Hotel Midtown Samarinda which consisting of 48 respondents.
The research is quantitative research. The data collection use questionnaire by training,service motivation and service recovery performance. The data analysis use multiple linier regression. These result indicated the variable training and service motivation effect on service recovery performance.
