The objectives of this study are: 1.what are the types of code mixing between English and Indonesia used in Breakout NET.TV Program; 2.which types of code mixing are dominantly used in Breakout NET. TV Program. The analysis are based on the combination theories by Hoffman (1991) and Muysken (2000) are used to analyze the types of code mixing in Breakout NET.TV Program. The study was designed in the form of qualitative descriptive study. The subject in this study was the two presenters of Breakout NET.TV Program. The data were collected from watching the video, transcribing the whole utterance by the two prseners, classifaying the data based on the types of code mixing and analyzing the types and dominant types of code mixing used in Breakout. The result shows that there are three types of code mixing used by the presenters in Breakout NET.TV Program namely intra-sentential mixing (31) with total percentage 55,3 % and inter-lexical mixing (23) percentage 41,1 % and involving a change of pronunciation (2) 3,6%. Furthermore the most dominant types of code mixing used by the two presenters of Breakout NET.TV Program is intra-sentential code mixing with 55,3 %.
