This study aims To analyze and find empirical facts about the effect of Board Structure towards Intellectual Capital Performance in the transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in the 2014-2018 period, with a population of 37 companies and the samples are 26 companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique in this study used the panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that Board Size has positive and insignificant efffect, while Board Independence has positive and significant effect and Board Gender has negative and insignificant effect on Intellectual Capital Performance.
