Determinan Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Kepuasan serta Implikasinya Terhadap Kinerja Perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda

The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the influence of organizational culture, career development, competence on OCB, job satisfaction and nurse performance at the Regional General Hospital of Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda.
This study uses survey techniques by distributing questionnaires, the data obtained is processed using statistical methods Smart PLS software. The study the population was all nurses in the inpatient room of Hospital Sjahranie Samarinda with a total of 201 nurses. The sample in this study were 201 nurses.
The results of this study can be summarized as follows: The results of this study can be concluded as follows: Organizational culture has no significant positive effect on organizational organizational citizenship behavior of nurses, career development has no significant negative effect on organizational citizenship behavior of nurses, Competence has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior of nurses, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on satisfaction nurse work, career development has a significant positive effect on nurse job satisfaction, competence has no significant negative effect on nurse job satisfaction, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on nurse performance, career development has no significant positive effect on nurse performance, competence has no significant positive effect on nurse performance, Satisfaction positive effect is not significant on Organizational citizenship behavior, Organizational citizenship behavior has positive influence is not significant on nurse performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on nurse performance in the inpatient room of Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Regional Hospital Samarinda.
