Eggplant is a lowland seasonal vegetable plant with different shapes of fruit such as round, long or long-round shapes. This research aimed to find out the revenue, profit, and break-even point of eggplant farming in Loa Lepu Village, Tenggarong Seberang Sub-district, Kutai Kartanegara District.
This research was conducted from October to December 2016 and located in Loa Lepu Village, Tenggarong Seberang Sub-district, Kutai Kartanegara District. The sample of this research was taken by using saturation sampling method. The
research finding showed that the revenue of the eggplant farmers was Rp. 449,367,500.64 mt-1-1 ha with the average of Rp. 37,447,291.72 mt-1-1 ha-respondent 1. Eggplant farming was profitable. This was indicated by the average R/C ratio
which reached 1.47, meaning that every cost of Rp. 1.00 which was spent by the farmer would have a revenue of Rp. 1.47. The break-event point of selling price was Rp. 1,931.30 kg -1 from the selling price of Rp. 6,000/kg. The break-even point of revenue was Rp. 24,856,402.83mt-1 from the revenue of Rp. 36,655,000.00mt-1. The break-even point of production volume of eggplant farming was 416.11 kg-1 1mt-
