The aim of this research are to examine and analyze the direct and indirect effect of quality management system on internal services quality, working satisfaction, employee performance and customer satisfaction. The responden used in this research is 102 employee’s of Indonesian Oil and Gas Inspection Company (Indonesian Classification Society) in East Kalimantan region. The methods used to analyze hypothesis is the statistic method based on WarpPLS in attempt to get the result of casualty relation between variables developed in the model.
