Service quality is a benchmark in determining patient satisfaction in determining services. Because through the service will be able to feel satisfied or not them with the services provided by the hospital atma husada Mahakam. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on satisfaction at the hospital atma husada Mahakam in samarinda. This study was conducted using multiple linear regression.
The results of hypothesis testing showed that the quality of service is physical evidence, realibility, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a significant influerice on patient satisfaction at the hospital atma husada Mahakam in samarinda
