This study aims to analyze Factors Affecting Employee Performance on Sekretariat DPRD Bontang City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation and work environment directly and direcly to the job satisfaction and employee performance Sekretariat DPRD Bontang City.
The data were analyzed by path analysis. The number of population was 53 respondents and number of samples 53 respondents The collection of data by the method of interview that is by giving questionary to 53 respondents
Results of this study concluded that Motivation directly affects and indirect effect positive and significant to job performance through the job satisfaction employees Sekretariat DPRD Bontang City. The work environment indirect and indirect effect positive and not significant to employee performance through job satisfaction employee Sekretariat DPRD Bontang City. Job satisfaction effect positeve and significant to job performace employee Sekretariat DPRD Bontang City
