Tri Retno Hapsari, 2018. The Development of The Learning Biology Based on Examples Non Examples Model to Improve Outcome Learning of The students senior high school XI class state 3 Samarinda.Thesis magister of Biology Education of Teacher Training and Education Science Faculty of Mulawarman University, guided by Vandalita M.M Rambitan as 1st supervising professor and Makrina Tindangen as 2nd supervising professor. According to research results, had found two problem issues are happening at school, the level of the teachers understanding to planning and implementing in learning development and the acquisition of student’s cognitive learning outcomes are low. This research was purposed to know the analysis of the need to teachers and students, the validation result from the expert and the effectiveness of learning development which were creating a learning device is based on Non Examples Model. This research is The development reseach which refers to Borg and Gall model. The data research were from structural interviews, observation and the validation of learning device sheet, questionnaire respond and learning test outcomes of students. The results of the assessments were Syllabus, The plan of implementation, Materials, Media of learning, Student Worksheets, and The evaluation which were validated by The expert is obtained results 98,33 very valid converted, student response analysis is 85,79 % very practical category and the effectiveness test analysis is Thitung: 22,96 > Ttabel: 1,711 that means the learning development device is effective to improving student learning outcomes. The Learning devices through the validation and product testing, modeling and test the effectiveness in Syllabus, Implementation plans, Materials, Media, Student Worksheets, and evaluation which was developed by researcher that using Borg and Gall model and it is effectively used for the learning process in Senior High School.
