PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN ATRIBUT PRODUK ISLAMI TERHADAP KEPUASAN NASABAH PADA BANK SYARIAH MANDIRI CABANG SAMARINDA

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Service Quality and Attributes of Islamic Products Against Customer Satisfaction At Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch of Samarinda. The sample in this research is 100 Respondents, taken by the method of accumental sampling. The data obtained were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21 program. Results of data using SPSS generated regression equation as follows: Y = 0.747 + 0, 429 + 0.250. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and attributes of Islamic products partially have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction.
