SITI SUMIATI, 2017, Effect Of Placements and Communication On The Performance Of PT. Federal Internasional Finance Samarinda under the supervisions by Mrs. Tetra Hidayati and Mr. Robiansyah.

This research aimed to determine whether there is a significant positive effect between placements and communication toward performance. The independent variables in this research was placements and communication. While the dependent variable was performance. This research was taken at PT. Federal Internasional Finance Samarinda which consist of 66 people as the sampling method.
This research is quantitative method. The process of collecting the data was using questionnaire to examined placements and communication. In addition, the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate that the employee's performance is supported by placements and communication positive and significant.
