This study aims to determine whether there is influence of informal communication and fairness of compensation to employee performance PT. Karunia Wahananusa Kota Balikpapan. Total population were 38 people. Which all the respondents in this study. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees working at PT. Karunia Wahananusa
Kota Balikpapan. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression, which is operated by SPSS 20. The results of this study showed that the informal communication affect the performance of the employee, compensation fairness influence on employee performance
