Supervisior Mrs. Dr. Justina Ade Jurdiani, SE.,M.Si and Mr. Rizky Yudarrudin, SE.,MM. This study aims to examine the impact of board variation and ownership on corporate profitability. The sample used in this study is agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2011-2015. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely the financial statements of agricultural enterprises that go public for 5 years from 2011 to 2015. The population used in this study all agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total population of 16 company. Based on sampling technique with Purposive sampling, there were 11 companies. This processing is applied by Eviews 8 by using panel data regression model. The results of this study indicate that (1) Board size has a positive effect is not significant on the profitability of the company. (2) Female Directors positively influential significant to company profitability. And (3) the concentration of ownership has significant negative effect on company profitability.
