Supervisor. Research question in this study is “What is the performance of Tirta Kencana PDAM at Samarinda based on Balanced Scorecard method?”. The purpose of this study is to detect the performance of Tirta Kencana PDAM at Samarinda based on balanced scorecard method. Measurement using 2015-2016 data to analyze the financial perspective, while other perspective using company data and calculation of questionnaries distributed ro customers and employees of Tirta Kencana PDAM at Samarinda current year. Results of the research shows that the performance on the financial perspective is good compared to the previous year, the customer perspective is very good with the customer who are satisfied with the service given, the internal business process perspective is good and the growth and learning perspective is very good. Based on the results of the analysis, the performance of Tirta Kencana PDAM at Samarinda based on balanced scorecard overall was very good.
