This Study aimed to test whether the work enviironment and supervision and discipline affect the performance on employees of PT Eagle high Plantations Keruing Estate Division in Kutai Timur District. The Independent variabel in this study is the work environment and supervision and discipline. The dependent variabel is employee performance. This research was conducte on employees of PT Eagle High Plantations Keruing Estate Division in Kutai Timur District consisting of 70 respondents.
This type research is quantitative research. Method of data collection using the questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the work environment and supervision and discipline is positive and significant effect towards employee performance.
