Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Sukisno S. Riadi and Dr. Dirga Lestari AS, SE., M.Si. This study aimed to test whether servant leadership and employee voice to job satisfaction on employees of Bukopin Syariah Bank Samarinda Branch. Independent variable in this study is the servant leadership and employee voice. The dependent variable is job satisfaction. This research was conducted on employees
of Bukopin Syariah Bank Samarinda Branch consisting of 60 respondents. This type research is quantitative research. Method data collection using the questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that servant leadership and employee voice is positive and significant effect towards job satisfaction.
