The influence of Share Ownership Structure Against Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Manufacturing Companies (Industrial Consumer goods) Listed in ndonesia Stock Exchange, under guidance Mr. Ardi Paminto and Mrs. Maryam Nadir. This Research aim to analyze influence share ownership structure on the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure by using an approach multiple linear regression model. The ownership structure which are examined are managerial ownership, Institusional ownership, and Foreign ownership. This research used Corporate Social Responsibility Index (CSRI) as ameasure of CSR disclosure. This research uses time series data in 2011-2014 for company’s annual report data that got from Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on purposive sampling method obtained 26 companies as a sample, that fulfill criterion and produce 104 perception for a period of 4 years. Result of Hypotesis testing indicates that foreign ownership give significant influence in Corporate Social Responsibility. Meanwhile, managerial ownership and institutional ownership give no significant influence in Corporate Social Responsibility.
